Recoveryday is always a little bit complicated for me – nutritionwise. To much and I gain weight, too little or the wrong stuff and my body will not repair the broken muscles. Key component for my recovery days are therefore vegetables and a protein source. So this salad comes in just right 🙂
– goat cheese
Chop this stuff and put it in a bowl.
For the dressing:
– 2 tbsp vinegar
– 1/2 tbsp honey
– pinch of salt and pepper
– 2 tbsp olive oil
Mix this and drip it over the salad. Ready 🙂
